SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.
1st or 2nd Class for all UK orders. Everywhere else is shipped with the option of International Standard or International Tracked (at an extra charge.)

For international, when checking out you will have two shipping options. "Standard International Shipping" doesn't have a tracking number attached to your order, whereas "International Tracked Shipping" will allow you to track your parcel via a tracking number created specifically for your order once dispatched.

Please keep in mind, international orders may be subject to delays. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes/VAT that may apply. These will need to be resolved directly with your local customs office.

If any orders are returned to myself due to being unclaimed for I will of course contact you with regards to your order being resent. If your returned order remains unclaimed for, I will only be able to refund the cost of the items.

POSTING DATES...
Hi all, thought I'd hop on and just put a little reminder of the final postal dates. Within the UK my courier (Royal Mail) have advised that the FINAL postal dates for 1st Class letters/parcels to arrive before Christmas is-Saturday 20 December for 1st Class. Since a lot of my parcels are sent this way within the UK, (unless selected otherwise) that means you should receive em on time! I'm working my lil butt off to make sure even orders that are meant to dispatch after this date are made and sent early. I'm going to work my hardest to make sure everything arrives by Christmas on my end. But we all know this time of year puts alot of stress on delivery services. Also please remember (even though everyone is always very kind and understanding) that Slime Rat Merch is a one lady run business, I try and be as organised and quick as possible but sometimes there's not enough hours in a day!! So in short, everything ordered within the UK will be made and dispatched no later than the 19th December, fingers crossed to get to you in time for Christmas. This will apply to badges/stickers/prints. 
NOT to t-shirts as the print/processing times wouldn't be realistic to finish in time.

And as you all already are aware International orders there can be huge delays anyway nevermind the holiday season, as parcels are being flown to the other side of the globe. But as of now I've tried to keep to a strict schedule, anything ordered before 15/12/25 has been sent internationally in hopes that it will arrive on time due to Royal Mails timing of 7-14 days. Anything after this date I will send before 19/12/25, but the likelihood of it arriving may be less likely, unless I flew in on a plane and hand delivered it myself. 

Truly thank you everyone for your support this year, it's been a real good one!! I'm excited to make cool new stuff and grow Slime Rat even more in 2026...
